The Selection Committee and Judging Panel will be Considering the following Criteria when evaluating all Submitted Nominations:
- Exceptional Creativity and Originality of Indigenous Fabrics
- Outstanding Quality and Craftsmanship of Regalia
- Style, Flair & Uniqueness of Outfits
- Confidence, Personality & Poise
- Overall Showmanship, Impact & Impression
All Award Categories and Nominations should be submitted with a Copy of the Purchased Event Ticket(s) via Email to:-

Remember to State your chosen Award Category as SUBJECT of the Email. Kindly submit alongside your Nomination with the required information Below
- Name & Occupation of Person Submitting the Nomination
- Include Contact Tel Number and Email Address of Person Submitting the Nomination
- State if Nomination is for an Individual & Provide their Full Name, Contact Tel Number, Email, Age, Gender & Profession
- State if Nomination is for a Group, Provide Full Names, Age & Gender of each Member with the Group’s Name if applicable. Also Provide Name and Contact Tel Number plus Email Address of the Group Leader or the Person Submitting the Group’s Nomination
- Specify the Chosen Award CATEGORIES & State if for an Individual or a Group
- Submit a brief Statement to Support your Nomination of no more than 250 Words
- Attach any Supporting Materials like Copy of Purchased Event Ticket(s), Photos & Video Clips with the Email to help the Judges Assess your Nominations
- Kindly ensure that ALL Nominations are submitted via email by the Deadline time of 12 Midnight on 18th September 2025
